Qi Gong is an ancient practice, and an amazing MODERN, SOMATIC experience. Somatic means using the body to quiet and heal the mind and emotions as well as the physical self.

Qi Gong is a precursor of Tai Chi and its practitioners report more flexibility, less pain, better breathing, a calm focused mind, better sleep, less emotional reactivity ... the list goes on. But don't take my word for it. Try it for yourself and let me know what you think!
